About Us: Tabula Rasa for the Future Generation is a dynamic and rapidly growing NGO dedicated to fostering the education and development of children and young people in crisis regions across Ukraine. Our mission is twofold: to provide immediate educational support and to contribute to the emergence of a creative civil society through youth initiatives. In partnership with the Germany-based NGO www.science4people.org, we have successfully extended our reach from Transcarpathia to regions near the frontline and plan further expansion.

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and flexible Executive Assistant to support the head of our organization, Mrs. Adrienn David, in extending our activities to ever more areas across Ukraine. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our programs and will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, coordination of projects, and supporting communication efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Assist in the coordination and scaling of educational programs.
  • Communicate with external partners.
  • Organize and manage meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Travel occasionally to other regions of Ukraine and abroad.
  •  

    Desired:

  • Excellent organizational, strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
  • High degree of flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication to the mission of improving the situation of young people in Ukraine.
  •  

    Preferred:

  • Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Experience with NGO activities.
  • Fluency in Hungarian.
  •
